But despite his domination with the high caliber fighters, some boxing experts, writers and observers are still criticizing him especially now that he has chosen Andre Berto for his supposed last fight with Showtime/CBS. It was clear that Mayweather had a respect for Pacquiao that he had not given to any other opponent and, despite some revisionist history claiming otherwise, this was by no means a dominant or one-sided victory for Mayweather. At the press conference over the weekend, Mayweather has already started to justify his choice of Berto in his opening salvo about his his opponent.
