Maple Leafs sign Brad Boyes to one-year deal after successful tryout
Boyes, now 33, can be a mentor and example-setter for the young Leafs, and he will be expected to provide a few offence for a team that will be challenged nightly to score. One of those forwards is 33-year-old Brad Boyes, whom the Maple Leafs signed to a one-year contract on Sunday.
