Marco Rubio ‘wants amnesty’ because he’s Latino, says Donald Trump
Trump’s vicious rants are raising the question whether he can convert his presidential campaign from a personality-driven crowd attraction into a persuasive case for presidency that can draw a bigger plurality of Republican voters.

Real estate mogul and 2016 Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump openly mocked political rival Dr. Ben Carson’s religious conversion and branded him a scary, pathological enigma voters would do well to stay clear of on Thursday.
But it was a different story Thursday and during an interview with CNN, Trump repeated his accusation that Carson had a “pathological” temper, quoting directly from Carson’s book, adding that it equates to the sickness of a child molester.
The soft-spoken famous neurosurgeon has been defending key elements of his biography recently, including a story that his temper when he was young had caused him to try to stab a friend, an attempt that was stopped only by a large belt buckle.
Trump’s speech followed his decision to compare Carson to a child molester.
‘That’s like, you know, I could say, they say you don’t cure – as an example, child molester. “I hate to say this, but Donald Trump actually has a good point”.
In the ad, the slasher music plays as Carson tells an interviewer about the attempted stabbing.
Trump is attacking Carson, who is neck-and-neck with him in a number of polls. He referred to “pathological anger” again in telling about lunging at his friend, a knife blade breaking off when it hit the boy’s belt buckle.
Was it inevitable that Donald Trump was going to go there? You would know something about pathological.
Carson said Trump’s broadside was “expected” in politics, but he decried “the politics of personal destruction”.
“How stupid are the people of Iowa?” declared Trump during a rally at Iowa Central Community College Thursday night. “How stupid are the people of the country to believe this crap?” he asked.
“Now they are not laughing and doing what I said”.
In recent weeks, Trump has been spending less time lobbing insults and more time talking about how his business experience and negotiating skills qualify him for the presidency.
Over the course of the campaign, Mr. Trump has made many claims as a successful businessman, military strategist, deal-maker, etc.

“It’s in the book that he’s got a pathological temper”, Trump continued. I would just bomb those suckers. “I’d blow up every single inch, there would be nothing left”.
