Mare Winningham Checks Into ‘American Horror Story: Hotel’
She sipped champagne under the glow of the street lights. The first photos of Gaga on set emerged today, revealing her bedecked in a dramatic, highly twirl-able gown. She took pictures of the decorations showing a chandelier adorned with roses, a crying statue and her swimming pool which she captioned with, “A bloody pool for the cast, sorry #AHSfans, there’s few pictures”.

Yet another American Horror Story alum has decided to check into this season’s Hotel: EW has learned exclusively that Mare Winningham will return to the franchise this year.
Pop star Lady Gaga threw a party for her “American Horror Story: Hotel” cast and dyed the pool red to match the gore theme of their upcoming horror anthology TV series. The rest of the cast includes Cheyenne Jackson, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Max Greenfield, Wes Bentley, Finn Wittrock, Denis O’Hare, Chloe Sevigny and guest appearances by Lily Rabe and Darren Criss with more names to be announced, we’re sure.
Also, now we know that mysterious silver claw-like hand from last month’s promo is very much a reality of Gaga’s look.
“Wait a minute, that was no dream…THAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED”.

AMH’s Ryan Murphy told the San Diego Comic-Con crowd that creating Gaga’s character “was one of the weirdest things in my career, ever”.
