The 47 models blew air kisses, flirted on stage with the camera and flipped their varied wings around as they strutted on the runway in 75 looks at a Manhattan armory.
Writing to her millions of fans on Wednesday morning, the emotional star gushed alongside pictures of her big night: “Sorry I’m just all emotional and excited about what happened yesterday”.
“Not only is Victoria’s Secret a completely different show, but also it’s a lot more motivating, for me at least”, Gigi admitted.
Despite initially being nervous about how Victoria’s Secret would react to her trying to walk in the show with her natural hair, she was glad to have done it. She was the first to walk the runway with an afro.
Parents Kris and Caitlyn Jenner proudly watched from the audience, but the rest of her famous family stayed away.
Despite getting ALL of the attention from the global media this year, Kendall Jenner is, in my opinion, not 2015’s greatest modelling discovery.
Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is not all about models and stunning lingerie.
The glitzy VS Fashion Show will be televised on December 8, 2015 on CBS. “Kendall and I have both been dreaming about this our whole lives, so to be able to do it for the first time together is incredible”, said Hadid to Vogue UK. After the models flaunted their enviable bodies and flooded the event with long legs and too much skin, they replaced their lingerie with classy gowns to attend the after party.
