Marist: Clinton maintains lead in NY
Sanders and Clinton faced off in Brooklyn Navy Yard Thursday ahead of the state’s divisive April 19 primary and were quick to question each others’ judgment and qualifications in order to become the next president.

“Unfortunately – unfortunately – I remain one of the poorer members of the United States Senate”.
Well VOX.com chose to put Sanders voters to the test, by asking a question most polls don’t ask: How much would you pay in additional taxes to make Sanders’ health care plan possible?
“For people who are sort of in the Democratic establishment to disparage those young people, their sincerity and their knowledge, really is not a very smart strategy to try and build the Democratic Party”, said Jeff Weaver, manager of the Sanders campaign.
Clinton was scheduled to attend a fundraiser at George and Amal Clooney’s Studio City home, where some guests were expected to pledge more than $300,000 to support the former secretary of state. As of last month, more people under 30 had voted for Sanders than for Clinton and Trump combined, according to data from the Center for Information and Research on Civic Learning and Engagement at Tufts University. And at Harlem’s Apollo Theater on Saturday, Sanders called on Bill Clinton to apologize “for trying to defend what is indefensible” in his response to the protesters who invoked the term. “We need a living wage”, she told the audience at Southwest Los Angeles College.
Clinton supporters weighed in on her performance.
He also claimed he’d already revealed some tax documents, saying ‘Of course, we have released them in the past’. Despite a competitive stateside primary, he says he didn’t want to pass up a chance to speak on income inequality at a global forum.
“Incremental change is not going to cut it here”. “The people of NY voted for me twice”.
On the topic of Wall Street and big banks, Sanders was asked to give an example of a decision Clinton made while serving as a NY senator that showed she favored the banks.

Polls in recent days have shown Clinton with a lead in ny that ranged from 10 percentage points to 13 percentage points.
