Mark Zuckerberg’s LinkedIn, Other Social Media Accounts Hacked
Screenshots preserved by the technology website Engadget appeared to show someone using Zuckerberg’s little-used Twitter account to say he was “in the LinkedIn database” and inviting the social media mogul to get in touch. Zuckerberg used a six charecter password which featured all of two unique charecters- “dadada”. (Was “dadada” baby Max’s first word?) Zuckerberg’s Facebook and Instagram accounts were unaffected by the hack, Facebook told VentureBeat.

A person close to the situation confirmed that Zuckerberg’s LinkedIn and Pinterest accounts also were affected.

It may be annoying and time consuming to use a different password for each online account, but following this simple rule can help you avoid the public account takeover that befell Zuckerberg, the billionaire owner of Facebook and Instagram.
One of the tweets from OurMine read, “Hey Hey @finkd we got access to your Twitter & Instagram & Pinterest, we are just testing your security, please dm us”.
Reports involving hacked accounts are not new among online users, but the effects are guaranteed to leave a negative impact in our society. Zuckerberg had not posted anything to his Twitter account since 2012.
Both Twitter and Pinterest have since removed the unauthorized content on Zuckerberg’s accounts, and Twitter has also suspended OurMine’s main account.

LinkedIn’s 2012 breach was significant and embarrassing for the company, and resulted in the theft of millions of passwords and other user information. “Mark Zuckerberg accounts have been hacked”. However, a report emerged last month that a dark Web marketplace and another site, LeakedSource, had obtained data from 167 million hacked LinkedIn accounts. None appear very active. Personal tidbits cannot only help hackers crack easy passwords, they also can be used to answer supposedly personal questions to reset passwords. Consequently, whenever you login from a new device or location, you are prompted on your phone with a one-time password, without which no one can access your account.
