Pochettino has so far recruited Victor Wanyama from Southampton and Vincent Janssen from AZ Alkmaar for a combined £28m, as the club bolster their squad ahead of a return to the Champions League this season.
Spurs’ new £10.8millioin recruit has been heavily linked with Everton, while West Ham and Liverpool are also believed to have an interest in the former Nantes man, who moved to Marseille for £1million last summer.
N’Koudou the reports said is to undergo a medical with the North London club this week ahead of a move to the Premiership outfit.
Clinton N’Jie is set to leave in order to make room for Nkoudou’s arrival with the Cameroon forward heading to Marseille on loan as part of the deal, with the 22-year-old struggling to make an impact following his move from Lyon last summer.

The two deals are thought to be independent of each other, so whatever happens to N’Jie it won’t affect the N’Koudou transfer. All will be made clear in time, but for right now, N’Jie’s future at Tottenham for the upcoming season is decidedly murky.
