The San Diego Comic-Con has unleashed a massive salvo of trailers and posters for upcoming Marvel/Netflix productions, including first looks at LUKE CAGE, IRON FIST and THE DEFENDERS.

San Diego Comic Con 2016 is in full swing, and Netflix is continuing to pile up on the big reveals. In the new trailer, we see Cage, played by Mike Colter, dishing out punishment to some bad buys, followed by an appearance by Cornell “Cottonmouth” Stokes.

Marvel’s Iron Fist has been filming this summer, and although a set date hasn’t been announced for its arrival on screens, it’s expected in the early months of 2017.

The Game of Thrones grad stars as Daniel Rand, aka Iron Fist.

What do you think about this latest news concerning Daredevil and the other Marvel properties on Netflix, like Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist? We know that later this year we will be getting Luke Cage. The teaser shows how Cage plans to fight crime in the New York City-set series: with brute force, wonderful strength, and a few comedic quips. Eventually he returns to NY (and isn’t exactly accepted, as we see from the hospital scene), and fights to claim what is his.

Comic-Con is like Christmas for fans of all things geek, and it was a Sweet Christmas indeed for anyone who cares about Marvel’s Netflix shows (which, let’s face it, should be everyone). Luke Cage stood out. “I’m a street-level hero”.
