Marvel’s ‘Jessica Jones’ Releases Trailer, Premiere Date For Netflix

Marvel’s next small screen superhero is coming, and, for the first time, it isn’t a man. Netflix revealed today that Jessica Jones will premiere on November 20 and a teaser for the new series was also released, one that provides a general feel for the show but does not contain any actual footage.

Jessica Jones follows the successful Daredevil, and will then be followed by stand-alone Netflix series of Luke Cage and Iron Fist-and finally bringing all of them together for The Defenders. Will you be watching? The cast is expected to show, too.

The new Netflix series takes on the story of Jessica Jones, someone who just retired form her short-lived and tragic career of being a superhero.

Jessica Jones will be available for streaming on Netflix on November 20. On the same day, Marvel Animation will present an exclusive first look at new episodes and sneak peeks of its hit animated series Marvel’s Ultimate Spider-Man: Web-Warriors, and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

As we previously before, first introduced on Marvel’s Daredevil, Rosario Dawson’s Claire Temple, aka Night Nurse also is set to appear in the second Marvel series.
