Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Re-Release Ports Getting Fixes, DLC
If you bring up the Steam store page for the remastered editions of Marvel Ultimate Alliance or Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 you’ll find that both games have overwhelmingly negative reviews from players. So, for now, it sounds like you should probably hold off on the Xbox One and PC versions until some more fixes are pushed out.

“#UltimateAlliance fans, we hear you & are sharing your concerns with our friends at Activision!” Delayed releases, missing characters, and problematic controls are among some of the biggest issues reported thus far, but it’s sounding like, on the whole, the remasters just weren’t well-executed. Unfortunately, these ports don’t do justice to either game. Additionally, players have voiced some disappointment that downloadable characters that were previously exclusive to the Xbox 360 edition of Marvel Ultimate Alliance were not included in the remaster, which many expected to be a more definitive version of the game.
Marvel Games’ creative director announces that the re-releases of the Marvel: Ultimate Alliance titles on current generation platforms are getting fixes and DLC.
This isn’t the only controversy surrounding the 10-year-old releases.

Since then, Bill Rosemann, Creative Director of Marvel Games has taken to Twitter to say that Marvel is listening to the feedback and is taking it up with Activision to try and get it fixed. Hopefully, talks with Activision will result in something tangible.
