Allegri’s stellar job at Juventus have seen him attract interest from Premier League champions Chelsea – who parted company with Jose Mourinho last December.

Massimiliano Allegri’s former mentor and manager Giovanni Galeone says the current Juventus manager has been offered the Chelsea job, and has received a “fantastic” offer from Chelsea, according to Sky Sports.
Gaelone, who managed Allegri at Pescara in his playing days, is quoted by Italian station Radio Radio as saying (via Standard Sport): “I think Max will go to Chelsea and will do very well”.
“For me, it would make no sense staying in Italy”. Allegri is doing incredible things, even if the club failed to buy the players he requested last summer: from Mario Gotze, to Isco.
So if it’s not Allegri, who has won Serie A titles with both Juve and AC Milan, who succeeds Interim Manager Guus Hiddink, who might it be?
The rumours linking the Italian with a move to Stamford Bridge are getting stronger every day, and now an ex-manager has confirmed that Allegri is interested in a move to the West London club.
“He will leave Italy, and I see him going to England because the deal Roman Abramovich has offered is really fantastic”, Galeone told Radio Radio in Italy.
Diego Simeone, Italy coach Antonio Conte and outgoing Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini have all been mentioned as potential successors to Mourinho.

Meanwhile, Juventus have started looking for a replacement for Massimiliano Allegri. He also reached the Champions League Final.
