Matt Damon to take a year off from acting

I have really liked his portrayal of Jason Bourne with each film giving people more of an idea of his checkered past and who he really is.

Following the rollout of brand-new Bourne adventure after a nine-year hiatus, fans are dying to know: Could Matt Damon return for another film in the megahit franchise?

“With my kids I call it taxes”, he joked. Bourne’s quest becomes bogged down with daddy issues as he discovers the truth about his father’s death – as if viewers couldn’t guess the answer he finds. For more updates of upcoming movies and their box office collections stay tuned with us.

The video also points out that all the films in the franchise basically follow the same formula, but hey, you already knew that.

Although the number of shootings does necessitate an adult rating, the film’s lack of gore and relatively mild language make this possibly acceptable for older adolescents – especially those who understand that the longer the vehicle chase, the thinner the plot.

The 45-year-old admits Alicia, who won an Oscar for her role in The Danish Girl earlier this year (16), really impressed him with her onscreen versatility and he believes she is one of the best in the business. I look like a 10-year-old who’s been out playing. It’s clear that Damon really committed to this role the fourth time around, and it pays off in the film.

And the second factor crucial to making a fifth Jason Bourne film?

The brilliance of the series is that it married a complicated, amnesiac hero with dazzling and visceral in-your-face action set-pieces. Tommy Lee Jones co-stars as an especially devious head of the Central Intelligence Agency. “But we’re in a very different world now, and the audience that goes to see these movies now has a different way of looking at the world”, he added.

“Jason Bourne” is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, and brief strong language. For the first Bourne movie I was 29 and I thought that was hard work getting into shape. Then at the end of “The Bourne Ultimatum”, we heard Jason say, “I remember everything”. “‘Daddy’s taking some taxes, ‘ but I wasn’t allowed to take taxes while I was getting ready for Jason Bourne”. Jason Bourne comes out today. The movie definitely holds your attention.
