Matthias Sammer: Muller is “irreplaceable” to Bayern Munich
“He is an absolute role model, an absolute gem and he’s irreplaceable”, Sammer told reporters.

The 26-year-old netted once to lead the way for Bayern, taking his tally for 2015-16 to 13 goals in 14 Bundesliga appearances.
“My opinion is that he should remain at Bayern for at least… a lifetime!” Muller has even tried his hand at horse breeding.
The joker of the team, whether playing for Germany or Bayern, Muller is more likely to be seen pulling a face or pranking a team-mate than boarding the team bus wearing the trademark oversized headphones most footballers prefer.
Bayern Munich’s sporting director Matthias Sammer says that in-demand forward Thomas Muller is “irreplaceable” at the Allianz Arena, as per the Evening Standard.
An arrival at Stamford Bridge for Muller seems unlikely, as Bayern Munich rate their star player extremely highly, with United already hitting a brick wall in their own pursuit of the World Cup victor.
Muller conceded in October that a move to the Premier League was tempting, given the huge investment being poured into it.
Chelsea will not punish the striker for his show of petulance but he remains on thin ice after scoring just four times this term and clashing with his boss during the win over Maccabi Tel-Aviv last week. He started his professional career at Bayern and I think he should end his career here.
