Mayawati Frustrated Over Exodus Of BSP Leaders: BJP
The 15 year rule of SP and BSP have destroyed the state. “The Congress led past UPA government ignored and the present NDA government has also not paid any attention to it”, said Mayawati while addressing huge ” Sarvajan Hitay Sarvajan sukhya ” rally in Azam Garh on Sunday.

“BJP is in a desperate position in Uttar Pradesh and is ready to accept people “rejected” by our party”, she said referring to the recent desertion by two senior BSP leaders Swami Prasad Maurya and Brijesh Pathak, who joined BJP.
Modi had said the people of Balochistan and Gilgit Baltistan had thanked him and that he was grateful to them.
During her about-an-hour-long speech, the BSP chief was most critical of the Centre.
“The roots of corruption in BJP are deeper than in Congress”.
Apparently buoyed by the large gathering, that included a large number of women, Mayawati rejected allegations that she sold party tickets and asked the people not to be misled by the “propaganda” by her rivals.
The BJP, however, claimed the leaders were leaving the BSP as its chief was only concerned about money and power. SP wants to come back to power on the strength of criminals.
This is a clear departure from the party’s earlier strategy of bringing together Dalits, Muslims, non-Yadav OBCs and upper castes.
“Muslims are being treated with suspicion in the name of terror. But it is far from being restarted”, she said.
“They are including people who have either left BSP and other parties or have been expelled”, she said.
She accused the BJP government of failing its electoral promise of the 2014 elections. “But they totally failed on it”. “BJP is strengthening communal forces like RSS and its associated organisations”.
“Dalits do not want verbal sympathy from Modi they want concrete and stern action against those guilty of attacking them,”, she added.
Taking on SP, the BSP chief said that people of Azamgarh were fooled into voting for Mulayam on the promise that he will develop the district like his native place Etawah and Saifai village but got nothing in return. “Did Narendra Modi give you homes?”
Mayawati alleged that BJP politicians were waiting for an opportunity to use foul language against her.

The BSP supremo said BJP had waived over Rs 1.14 lakh crore worth of loans of the rich, while the poor were driven to commit suicide. Mayawati was accompanied by party general secretary Satish Chandra Mishra. Mayawati is expected to address her last rally in Lucknow on October 9, on the 10 death anniversary of party’s founder Kanshi Ram.
