McCrory blames Hillary Clinton for Trump ‘Second Amendment people’ uproar
Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton didn’t tip-toe around the elephant in the room during her Thursday afternoon economic speech in MI.

Hillary Clinton’s message is clear as a bell.
“Mr. Trump may talk a big game on trade, but his approach is based on fear, not strength”, Clinton told an audience in Warren, Mich.
Kaine also released his returns dating to 2006, while the Clintons released all of their annual tax returns going back to 1977.
Cognizant of her potential vulnerabilities on the issue, Thursday’s address was teed up as a way for Clinton to reframe the narrative and place Trump’s positions under greater scrutiny.
In a speech Thursday focused on jobs and the economy Hillary Clinton promised a public health insurance option, paid family medical leave, affordable childcare, and build on President Barack Obama’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Clinton also criticized Trump’s personal business practices, saying he stiffed contractors who performed work on his job sites and chose to make his Trump brand apparel in China and Mexico rather than the United States. This is meant to put additional pressure on Trump, who has said he won’t release his taxes while they are under audit, something he claims is ongoing.
The Clinton campaign has already started accusing Trump of paying zero taxes, challenging him to release his own tax returns. But she said that her rejection of TPP, or any other deal that she deems not up to her standards, is rooted in the belief that America should remain competitive in the global marketplace, while insisting that Trump’s stance borders on isolationism and is rooted in a fear that the US can no longer compete with foreign producers. The source spoke on condition of anonymity to discuss the plans in advance.
Her appearance follows Mr Trump’s own speech on the economy, which he also delivered in MI on Monday.
Trump also called Obama “the founder of ISIS” for not leaving US forces in Iraq and said that made Clinton “the co-founder”.
Hillary Clinton isn’t moving to the middle to pick up support from Republicans.
A draft of the letter, obtained by The Associated Press, warns that Trump’s “divisiveness, recklessness, incompetence and record-breaking unpopularity risk turning this election into a Democratic landslide”. She now says she opposes it, and would as president, though critics on both the right and left remain suspicious.

But he seemed to acknowledge the risk his campaign – and party – was taking.
