Justice may finally be served to four young Louisiana women accused of attacking a teenage McDonald’s worker at her restaurant last week – a beatdown that went viral days later thanks to a shocking cellphone video.
The 16-year-old victim told deputies that she was working at the drive-thru window when a auto approached.
The incident happened around 8:20 p.m. on August 26 in the 1600 block of West Airline Highway. But the attack wasn’t staged, and charges have been filed against the woman who allegedly grabbed the worker, plus three others in the auto with her.
The driver, 17-year-old Kailin Holland, who was responsible for pulling the worker through the window, was arrested on second-degree battery.
A graphic video shows a confrontation between the worker and a woman who had driven up to the window.
Misdemeanor summonses for simple battery were issued to Sierra Gregoire, age 18, and a 16-year-old juvenile, both of LaPlace. She indicated she knew at least some of the people involved in the attack.
The SJBPSO said Holland was released from jail on a $10,000 bond.

The victim refused medical treatment at the scene.
