Medical examiner: Water, drugs led to Bobbi Kristina’s death
Bobbi Kristina Brown’s cause of death was immersion in water and drug intoxication, a Georgia medical examiner revealed Friday, but it could not be determined if her death was intentional or accidental.

The circumstances under which the aspiring 22-year-old singer entered a bathtub in her north Atlanta, Georgia home are unknown, the autopsy report said, leading the medical examiner to classify her manner of death as undetermined.
Medical examiners were unable to determine whether the tragic youngster’s death was accidental or not, but they did make note of a number of scars and bruises all over her body.
Brown was found unconscious in her tub in January 2015 and died in July.

A judge in Atlanta has granted a television station’s request to unseal the autopsy report for Bobbi Kristina Brown.
It also remains uncertain whether Bobbi Kristina’s death was accidental or intentional, meaning suicide or homicide.
In a lawsuit, Brown’s former boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has been accused of causing her death and stealing from her bank account while she was in a coma. The wrongful death suit says other people were there when Brown was initially found unresponsive. “We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl”.
The medical examiner didn’t find really high levels of any drug, and the combination of drugs found in her system is not unusual, said Dr. Paul Wax, a professor of emergency medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center who reviewed the autopsy report at the request of The Associated Press. Her father, Bobby Brown, is not pleased that this information is now available to the public.
He also noted that Friday is his late daughter’s birthday.
According to paperwork obtained by ABC News at the time the suit was filed, Gordon’s legal team, Joe Habachy and Jose Baez, called the lawsuit “slanderous and meritless”.
Houston and Bobby Brown divorced in 2007 amid allegations of domestic abuse and drug abuse. No one has been charged in her death.
The autopsy alone could not reveal the underlying cause of death because of the long interval between when she was found and when she died, the report said.

Bobby Brown’s lawyer, Christopher Brown, added that the families’ mourning continues to be public and raw, with no end in sight.
