So while Stereogum provided a full rundown of the Twitter rant from Mill, it appears as if Meek Mill is standing behind his statements after posting the tweet below, reciting lyrics from Drake‘s “Know Yourself”.
Safaree Samuels is exposing Nicki Minaj on Twitter as the whole Meek Mill saga deepens. He added that “if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album”. Well, he also dissed the 28-year-old Drake expressing that he does not write his own raps. “Dude is all the way outta of it lol”.
Meek went on to express that he was “upset as a fan” that Drake supposedly didn’t write his own verse on their song together, “R.I.C.O.”.
Drake has yet to respond to Mill’s claims, but he can rest knowing that Toronto city councillor Norm Kelly has his back.
In other Meek Mill vs Drake news, HOT 97’s Funkmaster Flex leaked a reference track Quentin Miller (Drake’s alleged ghostwriter) made of “10 Bands”, and it’s basically the same song.
Drizzy even sported a “Free Meek” t-shirt on stage when Mill was in jail past year.
Rick Ross even hopped on to the Twitter beef.
The “Anaconda” rapper, 32, and Drake have been longtime friends and frequent collaborators, but reported by Minaj, the two have never hooked up.
“I see da foolishness”, Hitman wrote. I only know how to tell the truth….If hov gave me a verse somebody wrote I would do the same thing!
Drake’s longtime producer Noah “40” Shebib was the first member of the OVO family to publicly respond to the accusations. Drake can have all the ghostwriters he want.
