Brinkley hinted that the North Philadelphia rapper’s next out-of-town tour – after he is sentenced February 5 – could be state prison.

His girlfriend Nicki Minaj, 33, one of the biggest stars in music at the moment, also offered supporting testimony to Mill, who lost his father to violence at the age of five.

According to ABC News, he testified to the court claiming his “whole life is on the line”. “I don’t know that would be appropriate because you and I have been around the block a few times”. He may not even commute to New Jersey to visit his mother, who underwent spine surgery in October. He is not allowed to perform or work before then.

But Judge Brinkley wasn’t impressed and felt that she had given Mill numerous chances to straighten up.

“This court has done nothing but try to help the defendant”, she said. Earlier this year, he told XXL magazine: “This judge, she don’t play no games, so a second’s like a month to her. What I took from it, [the judge] just seen me acting in a certain manner and being a certain way, which she viewed me in that I wasn’t supposed to be in [while] on probation, and I got locked up”.

After the hearing, Mill quickly doffed his black suit jacket and gray necktie.

The judge said Thursday she’s not sure she’ll keep Mill on probation after he repeatedly ignored travel and other rules she set for him in recent years.

Neither Mill nor Minaj said a word to reporters.

In 2009 Meek was convicted on drug and gun charges and was given jail time, as well as, probation. Attorneys for Mill would not comment on the matter. Brinkley also raised questions about a suspicious sample during a drug test. Mill denied trying to thwart the test or taking any drugs.

But the Philly emcee didn’t went down easy, he had his girlfriend Nicki Minaj testified on his behalf and several character witnesses took the stand when he appeared in court on Thursday.
