The Anaconda star told the judge that she will take over all the 28-year-old rapper’s scheduling to make sure he does not leave the state without obtaining a travel voucher.
“I would never dishonor and disrespect you knowing that you are the person who gave me the shot to change my life”, he told Brinkley.
As one of the conditions of his parole, Meek is required to get approval before travelling since he is on probation for a 2009 drug and gun conviction.
Brinkley sent Mill back to jail for five months past year for similar violations.
Mill testified for about an hour, assuring the judge that he had not purposely defied his probation.
Defense lawyers blame the lapses on the “chaos” of the music industry.
