Meet Pizza Rat: New York’s hungriest rodent
YouTuber Matt Little posted a video on Monday of a rat dragging a rather large slice of pizza down the stairs to a subway station.

And so, apparently will rats-at least one tough New York City rat. The earliest video of a pizza-crazed subway rat seems to have appeared in 2006, and in the subsequent years, the hits have just kept on coming.
The furry creature embodied what New Yorkers found themselves doing at some point of their lives, desperate to get to-go pizza down their throat.
Pizza Rat wrestles the suspected margarita down, confronted only with a troublesome step three from the bottom of the staircase. Why do you think it dropped the pizza?!
“You’re carrying too much and you have to go too far and there’s always a lot going on,” Little told DNA Info.
“We are all pizza rat”, the “Difficult People” actress tweeted.
The pizza in New York is arguably better than anywhere else in the world, so we can’t blame this little fella for lifting a slice for himself.
