Meet The Six Playable Titans Of ‘Titanfall 2’
Respawn explains that you’ll be able to choose from six Titans when the full game launches, and the developer plans to release more information on the other Titans over the following week.

The team previously had revealed the Ion, Scorch and given a few details on the Ronin. Legion’s gun, the Predator Cannon, can switch between close-range rounds that knock back enemies and long-range rounds that damage anything in their path. A new trailer, however, gives a very personal look at the devastation that can be caused by six mechanical marvels in the game.
Titans are far more varied in Titanfall 2 with each having their own weapons and abilities, as well as strengths and weaknesses. Once its core ability has powered up, players can activate Smart Core, which essentially allows Legion to automatically lock on to nearby targets.
Thanks to a press release from EA, we now know the names of all six Titanfall 2 Titans, as well as a brief description of each. Ronin can also slow its enemies by unleashing Arc Wave, an electric wave attack, then close the distance between them with its Phase Dash.
Tone is about accurately laying waste to enemies both efficiently – and explosively.

Players should already be familiar with Ion and Scorch as both were heavily featured in each pre-alpha test. Ion brings its splitter energy rifle to the fight along side laser based power attacks, while Scorch and its thermite launcher rely heavily on fire to gain an advantage with zone control.
