According to the report, Pig, a female mixed-breed dog from Alabama, has short spine syndrome, an illness that means her limbs are normal-sized, but she appears as though she has been chopped in half.
And due this rare health condition, the dog is forced to walk like a gorilla and jump like a frog.
Owner, Kim Dillenbeck, found her abandoned from the nearby forest.
In a talk, owner said “She’s missing probably seven inches of spine, her hips and her joints are way up high at the base of her spine, and none of them are in the right position”.
Owner has also created a Facebook fan page for this unusual dog which has more than 29,000 fans.
