Megyn Kelly’s Donald Trump interview was an ad for her book
Tonight, Kelly asked Trump about that question and his attitude towards her afterwards. Kelly’s primetime special, Megyn Kelly Presents, will feature a sit-down interview between Kelly and Trump.

It looks like Donald Trump and Fox News Channel’s Megyn Kelly have called a truce, for now.
Donald Trump made light of his online attacks against Fox News host Megyn Kelly on Tuesday when she brought up his use of the word “bimbo” to describe her.
Kelly asked Trump if he had ever been wounded. But while Kelly’s profile has certainly grown alongside the rise of Trump, it’s because she had the courage and savvy to call him out when others were still covering him as a farce. “You know, it’s, it’s a modern-day form of fighting back”, Trump claimed. Trump also said he didn’t retweet his supporters’ most vitriolic remarks in the heat of the conflict. “I don’t think that’s healthy”, he said.
“If I had not fought back in the way I fought back, I don’t think I would have been successful”, Trump said. He explained that he responds merely to the things that people did to him.
Trump praised her for that, saying he had “great respect” for Kelly’s willingness to make the initial approach.
On Twitter, where he was live-tweeting his viewing, Trump declared himself satisfied, calling the interview a “happily ever after” in one tweet and thanking Kelly for the opportunity in another. And, most harrowing of all, she admitted that she once touched Donald Trump’s hair.
Kelly also addressed her upcoming contract renegotiation and whether she will choose to stay at FOX News.

Referring to Greta Van Susteren as a major feminist, Cohen said, “She had to be really fired up about this”.
The interview with Kelly was an event in itself because of the feud between the two that has dragged on for months.
Trump went on to offer Kelly a compliment of sorts: “In a certain way, you did me a favor….” He argued that she’s probably been called much worse during her career, though.

Asked how he will view the campaign if he loses in November, Trump said, “If I don’t go all the way and I don’t win, I will consider it a complete and total waste of time, energy and money”.
