#MemeOfTheWeek: The Woman(‘s) Card

The Vermont senator revealed the changes a day after Hillary Clinton’s victories widened her delegate lead and left her all but certain to win the Democratic presidential nomination.

Though Sanders has a chance to win the upcoming primary in IN, the gap between he and Clinton may be already too big. He tells the NY Times, “if we can win the largest state in this country, that will send a real message to the American people and to the delegates…”

Fifty-two percent of women said they had “very unfavorable” opinions of Trump.

Mr. Trump accused me of playing the, quote, ‘woman card’.

“She has nothing else going”.

BRZEZINSKI: It seems that would be the one area where perhaps you – I mean, I don’t know what – you – you say you have plans for Hillary, but I would think she’s incredibly strong on those issues.

“Donald Trump has been saying “the woman’s card” is all Hillary has going for her”, read a fundraising email from the Clinton campaign sent out Friday morning.

In a Wednesday speech to a crowd at Purdue University in IN, which holds its primary on May 3, Sanders said he remains in the campaign to be the Democratic nominee. He then thanked all five states that selected him as the GOP candidate for the 2016 presidential elections that will take place on November 8.

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump is the latest to float such an idea. Clinton said there are more things in common between her and Sen.

Still, Sanders sounded a message remarkably similar to Daniels’ talks since starting at Purdue – all focused around trying not to, as both have put it, saddle college students with so much debt when they graduate. In a press release last night after losing all but Rhode Island Sanders said, “this campaign is going to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia with as many delegates as possible to fight for a progressive party platform…” Sanders, and “applauded” him for challenging the USA system, to “get unaccountable money out of our politics” and impulse equality, all across the country.
