Men try selling their kidneys for a new iPhone 6S in China

MANY have joked about selling their kidneys for Apple products, but for two young men in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province, it was more than a joke.

The report states that one of the men, surnamed Wu, could not afford an iPhone 6s, which retails at 5,288 RMB in China. The agent asked them to take medical examinations at a hospital in Nanjing to make sure their kidneys were just fine.

The agent then told them to go to a hospital to get examined to determine if their kidneys were healthy, but unfortunately for them the agent did not show up.

As an aside, I feel like we shouldn’t have to say this but – DO NOT sell your vital organs for a new smartphone.
