Mercedes-Benz India introduce new My Mercedes My Service programme
The revolutionary after sales program is based on three pillars: Digital Service Drive, Premier Express Service, and innovative service products which offer the lowest ownership costs for customers across the luxury segment.

As commented by the Director and CEO of Mercedes, the service is promised to be most comforting, hassle-free and excellent.
Folger further elaborated, “As pioneers of luxury motoring in India, and with more than 84,000 loyal customers, we have the largest pool of luxury auto customers for a luxury brand in India”.
Mercedes claim that the second feature – “Premier Express Service” is inspired by pit stops in Motorsports.
Mercedes-Benz India Limited (MBIL), today launched its new “My Mercedes, My Service” after-sales initiative. “Aftersales is a key element in our growth strategy in India and we are confident this initiative will only fortify our formidable customer trust and service reputation created over decades”. It has been our relentless endeavour to make “customers for life” through our various service initiatives and we have a strong lead in the aftersales domain.
Mercedes has also initiated a first in Indian luxury auto segment online price calculator for owners to get a maintenance package quote. Well, this is not an attempt to just attract the customers for the brand.
The new Star Ease offers customers a choice between 45 service packages, starting at a price of Rs 49,000 in order to keep maintenance costs under control. India also turns out to be the second market globally for Mercedes-Benz after the U.S. to get the Digital Service Drive.
Folger also said the company aimed to completely redefine the after-sales experience by digitising service process and create an unparalleled benchmark in the luxury auto service domain.
Under the Digital Service Drive, customers will get Paperless, convenient and time saving customer interaction processes through usage of iPads by Service Advisors.
The Premium Express Service enables customers to get the vehicle serviced in a little over two hours.

Also, the Premier Express Service only offers scheduled maintenance and not any running repairs on the cars. For new vehicle customers, Mercedes has also come up with the option of a 10 year/200,000km service package, which comes with the Premier Express Service as complimentary.
