Merkel: Assad Should Play Active Role In Peace Process
Merkel’s statement came as Germany is trying to accommodate thousands of refugees every day – with many more on their way to the country, which predicts up to 1 million arrivals by the end of the year.

Earlier this week, European Union interior ministers approved a plan to relocate 120,000 refugees across the continent.
Both Tehran and Moscow intend to use all of their capabilities and their full potential, along with Syria, so that Syria emerges from this crisis.

This will require all involved states to work in concert.
