MI law: Absentee voters can change vote before election
In the 12 swing states turning in ballots this year, 12,602,929 votes have already been cast, while in 2012 only 8 million early votes were cast by early November.

Pennsylvania voters can only vote early if they send in an absentee ballot, for which they need to fulfill certain requirements. Year after year, Republicans push efforts that reduce early voting days, eliminate polling places and implement other restrictions created to erect barriers between us and the ballot box.
Tuesday was the last day for registered voters to request a mail ballot from the San Diego County Registrar of Voters Office.
