“Out of the hospital & resting comfortably”, the three-time gold medalist captioned an Instagram photo on Sunday that showed her lying on a bed swaddled in a large Ohio State blanket with the NY skyline in the background.

Douglas was scheduled to join her Final Five teammates – which include Simone Biles, Laurie Hernandez, Madison Kocian and Aly Raisman – to present at the MTV award show in Madison Square Garden on Sunday night.
The only one keeping this Fab Four from being the Final Five was two-time Olympian Gabby Douglas, who was resting at home after being admitted to the hospital.

Raisman (left), showed off her incredible bod in a figure-hugging sheer mini with a plunging neckline and floral embellishments. Gabby Douglas shocked fans when she tweeted a picture of herself recovering in bed instead of posing on the carpet with her teammates. “Something was a little swollen on her face”.
Hernandez said that the infection wasn’t a major injury.
