My new guilty pleasure (okay, not so guilty) is the “Carpool Karaoke” bit James Corden does on The Late Late Show With James Corden.

We already knew Michelle Obama could dance, but the first lady showed on The Late Late Show that she’s building a girl power squad to rival Taylor Swift’s and it includes Missy Elliott. Then Michelle Obama steps into his auto and says she’s there to give him the tour. She admitted that it was the first time in seven and a half years that she sat in the passenger seat and that she rarely gets an opportunity to listen to music.

The next number caused Obama to yell, “This is my song!” but she meant it literally.

James Corden welcomed an extra special Carpool Karaoke participate Wednesday (July 20) in the form of first lady Michelle Obama. But don’t worry, they follow it up with every drunk girl’s favorite jam “Get Ur Freak On”.

Next she sang the hit number of her friend Beyonce, ‘Single Ladies.’ The pair was recorded talking about Snapchat, Secret Service Code name and grilled cheese sandwiches as they drove around the outskirts of the White House.

When they sang “This Is For My Girls”, a song written by Diane Warren in support of FLOTUS’s Let Girls Learn initiative, Missy Elliot magically appeared in the backseat and joined them (at 9:50).

To wrap up the karaoke session, Obama, Corden and Elliot threw it back to Elliot’s “Get Your Freak On”. President Obama’s wife is looking so pretty in red summer dress and having a white floral print on it which makes her more handsome.

“Can we just talk about the rhymes that are in the first lady’s locker?”
