Obama has proven one of Clinton’s most popular and effective surrogates, and she is now using that cache to ensure young people, especially young Democrats, show up at the polls November 8. On Wednesday, it grew to include a fellow first lady. “I finished it”, Trump said. I hope you are hearing me.

“As someone who has seen the presidency up close and personal, let me share with you what I’ve learned about this job – lessons that seem even more relevant, even more critical and important now”, she said. Elizabeth Warren, Obama dedicated much of her speech to sell a pro-Clinton message instead of a dominant anti-Trump theme. “This election is about the very ethos of our country”. Since Michelle Obama has a large fan base, the ad will likely go over well with her supporters. She started off by talking about her family leaving the White House and joking about what life will be like after leaving an intense position.

Eric Chatterjee, 20, a sophomore at Duquesne University, said he’s glad that Michelle Obama is speaking on Clinton’s behalf.

We welcome strong opinions and criticism of our work, but we don’t want comments to become bogged down with discussions of our policies and we will moderate accordingly. It’s a little bittersweet for me.

Her appearance basically took place in a gym.

He believes it can bring an opportunity for Clinton to relate to people and for Trump to not get exhausted and upset.

I have to believe, as Mrs. Obama gets her hair done, puts on another flawless outfit and reviews her remarks, she can’t shake the nagging feeling: Holy shit, I cannot believe I actually have to do this. “We need someone with superb judgment in their own right…” Obama also alluded to the need for an even-keeled president, not someone who “flies off the handle”.

She criticized Clinton’s Republican rival Donald Trump throughout her remarks, calling him “erratic”, “threatening”, and “cruel” toward women, among other claims.

“So who in this job is truly ready?” said Obama. Pat Toomey of the Lehigh Valley, who is seeking re-election in one of the nation’s most competitive Senate races.

“It’s not about voting for the flawless candidate; there is no such person”. “And if she can get behind Hillary Clinton, then I can get excited about her”.

“The president can’t lash out, or pop off”.

“Remember, it’s not about voting for the flawless candidate”, the first lady said in an attempt to rally more votes for Clinton.
