Michelle Rodriguez plays both male and female roles in new film

Washington D.C., October 29: Michelle Rodriguez has joined her former “Avatar” co-star Sigourney Weaver in the gender-reassignment thriller ‘Tomboy’. Here Hill see’s Wick’s murdered puppy and raises him one penis and testicles. Tomboy, A Revenger’s Tale focuses on a top assassin permanently altered by Weaver’s “The Doctor” after being double-crossed by gangsters. The film’s storyline doesn’t appear to be all that favorable towards transgenderism, as an angry, post-operative, she-male seeking to avenge the loss of his you-know-what isn’t exactly the stereotype the transgender community is looking to promote.

Tomboy will mark the first time in a while that Rodriguez, 37, who found fame as a boxer in 2000’s Girlfight, has sought to carry a movie in a leading role.

According to Hollywood Reporter, the crime mystery is based on a story by Denis Hamill written by director Hill himself.

The upcoming thriller revolves around a male assassin who turns into a woman to take revenge on a doctor and a gang. “I’m here to entertain people and make a statement about female empowerment and strength”.

Instead, the Fast and Furious veteran explained, she is willing to work hard to carve a niche out for herself.

Most recently, the Texas-born star has opted to be part of ensemble casts in franchises such as the Fast & Furious films. the Resident Evil and Machete movies and James Cameron’s Avatar series.
