Michigan Ranked 15th in Baseball America Preseason Top 25
With the start of the 2016 season only 25 days away, the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns baseball team added to its preseason honors as the squad was tabbed 13th in the Baseball America Preseason Top 25 rankings, the publication announced on Monday.

The Beavers trail only Florida, Louisville, Texas A&M and Virginia in the rankings.
Florida also was No. 1 and Louisville No. 2 in the D1 Baseball, Collegiate Baseball and Perfect Game preseason polls.
Coastal has been represented in each of the four preseason polls released to date as Collegiate Baseball put CCU 33rd, D1Baseball.com put the Chants 24th and PerfectGame.org selected Coastal 21st. Other returning starters include second baseman Ryne Birk, centerfielder JB Moss, third baseman/designated hitter Ronnie Gideon and catcher Michael Barash. Alemais finished the 2015 season with a. 312 batting average with 43 runs, 78 hits, 11 doubles, three triples, one home run, 22 RBI, 16 walks and 27 stolen bases. UL reaches the NCAA Super Regional round for a second consecutive season.
