Mick Jagger fathers eighth child at age of 72

The American ballet dancer, 29, has been dating the Rolling Stones frontman for the past two years, and now sources tell United Kingdom newspaper The Sun she is about three months pregnant with their first child together. While the baby will be the couple’s first, Jagger now has a total of seven children with five different women.

A source close to Hamrick told United Kingdom, tabloid The Sun she’s more than three months pregnant. London’s The Sun newspaper said a spokesman confirmed the pregnancy.

Hamrick is a professional ballerina from Virginia and, although the couple have been dating since 2014, according to reports, they live completely separate lives and have no plans to move in together.

The insider shared: “It’s a very casual relationship, they see each other now and again and really enjoy each other’s company”.

According to the source, Melanie will not move to London, where Mick now resides, to raise the baby, and is instead expected to give up her dance career and bring up her child in America, either in Los Angeles or CT, where she has family nearby.

Mick Jagger may very well be the most prolific rocker in music history.

The 72-year-old also married Jerry Hall in private ceremony in Bali which was declared unlawful by the High Court of England and Wales.

Friends have claimed that Melanie helped put a smile back on Mick’s face after the tragic death of Mick’s partner of 13 years, fashion designer L’Wren Scott.

Mick is already a great-grandfather, and now he will have children with five different women.

The Rolling Stones, meanwhile, are set to play the inaugural Desert Trip in Indio, California for back-to-back weekends in October. They also have a concert scheduled in Las Vegas that month as well. Other than that – he’s a free man!

In May, fellow Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood became a father again at 68 after his wife, Sally Humphreys, gave birth to twin girls.
