Debuting with a new design and “robot white” colour (Compared to the standard black), the new Xbox One S is set to be the smallest and most compact Xbox ever.

“Scorpio is for the person who’s got a 4K television, who’s really focused on 4K gaming”, he said.

The exclusive look of Xbox One S was unveiled in Microsoft’s press conference before the E3 2016, Electronic Entertainment Expo, kicks off this week in Los Angeles (via The Guardian).

As of Monday we know that Microsoft is releasing an insanely powerful Xbox One next year, called Scorpio.

“When we enable PC and mouse on console it’ll be interesting to see how many of those creators think about running their PC and mouse-only game on console”, said Spencer in an interview with PCGamesN.

Last year Microsoft had released its partnership with Oculus Rift and they made some of the Xbox One games which can be played at the platform of virtual reality.

“Fallout 4” will supposedly be playable in VR on the new Xbox One. “Or, if developers want to use those 6 teraflops in other ways they’re free to do that”.

When Project Scorpio was revealed, there was no doubt that this console would be significantly more powerful compared to Xbox One, but we had no idea how much until now. For a few observers, it might be because Microsoft is trying to rip off or make a statement against its main rival in the gaming industry, Sony.

Ars’ Mark Walton and Sam Machkovech discuss the awesome processing power of Scorpio.

“The reason we announced when we did-one is I wanted to give customers a view into what we were doing”, Spencer said.
