Collision attacks happen when two separate inputs for a hash function generate the same hash, allowing an attacker to forge certificates and nudge malware and attacks onto systems as legitimate operations. Terry Myerson, Executive Vice President of the Windows and Devices Group at Microsoft, said in March that Windows isn’t the right platform to generate developer interest, at least in the current year.

For time being the extension is only available for the Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14291.
Microsoft, however, has not yet announced the official release date of Surface Phone, which is believed to replace its Lumia series.
Last November, Microsoft hinted that it would starting blocking SHA-1 signed TLS certificates this June, moving up its scheduled deprecation of SHA-1 by more than six months. The Microsoft Surface Phone is billed to rival Blackberry, which takes pride most in the security of their products.
The Windows 10 Anniversary Update will also introduce Cortana as the new personal gaming assistant for Xbox One users. What I mean by that is that Viber also added many new background options in the background selection panel, meant as public chat support. Both WinBeta and Windows Central claim that since Intel has stopped producing its Atom line of processors citing irrecoverable losses, the Surface phone is now expected to be launched in the first half of 2017.
A Microsoft spokesperson confirmed the change, noting that businesses who need to shut off Store access have no recourse other than Windows 10 Enterprise.

The Windows 10 version of the app lets you view vines without having an account, which is nice.
