Microsoft Drops A Fresh Windows 10 Mobile Build
Microsoft plans to launch the first Windows 10 phones, the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, this month (dates vary widely depending on your country and carrier).

Groove Music users will be pleased to know that the update adds the option to share a link to music by tapping Share in the context menu. This build being the RTM is the one that has been pre-loaded onto new Lumia devices, and will be the build that rolls out to the general public very soon.
These are all the new changes added in the update, but the Groove Team asks users to “continue making your feedback known in the Windows Feedback app, in-store reviews, and elsewhere on the Internet”.
SD card oddities have been fixed so you can now move apps from built in memory without them crashing.
There should be less resuming/loading text when switching apps. According to Microsoft’s Nerd Jesus Gabe Aul, the company has made “improvements to the Messaging + Skype app – through both app updates via the Store and also on the server side”. But although this is the RTM build, there are still a few issues.
If you are not on the Windows 10 Mobile Fast ring of updates, and want the build, you can imagine what to do. For those of you who did a factory reset of your phone, you most likely did not notice this issue on Build 10581. The bug causes a boot loop at the Windows or operator logo if you performed a factory reset while running the previous build, and although it can be addressed by using a hardware reset key combination, Microsoft strongly advises that users backup their phones before upgrading to build 10586.

Deploying Silverlight apps through Visual Studio would not work in this build and will be fixed with the release of Visual Studio 2015 Update 1 on November 30th. After reinstalling the Windows Insider app you can then opt back into the Fast Ring and get build 10586 directly. Aside from enhanced performance, the update is also touted to include performance fixes, visual improvements, new functionality for virtual assistant Cortana and IT-level Windows 10 management tools to your PC. “Overall this is a really great build, and we’re excited to get it out there for all of you to try”.
