Microsoft Itself Removes Windows Phone Support from One App

Windows OS users who were “arranged” by Microsoft to upgrade to Windows 10 via a barrage of emails and pop up messages on their PC are now facing a host of problems with some now looking to sue the United States software giant.
The group says that Microsoft should compensate Windows 10 users for when the upgrade caused downtime due to software or hardware incompatibility, and it needs to do more to ensure that Windows users are aware of the customer support options that are available to them.
It has also created a host of other problems, including defunct printer and Wi-Fi connections, and speaker’s troubles. Which? said that since downloading Windows 10, customers have complained of several problems affecting their PC and connected devices.
The feature has been added to latest beta version of the software that has been pushed out to Windows Insider Program members, the preview scheme that enables keen Windows users to get early access and try out potential new features for Windows 10.
For those who came in late, a year ago Vole rolled out a free Windows 10 update to all its customers. And that’s unlikely to happen since users realized Microsoft practically exited the mobile market, and if switching, they’ll probably pick Android or iOS.
Which? said there have also been complaints about poor customer service from Microsoft when users contacted the company about the problems they are having, the report said.
According to Which?, ‘in many cases, if the faulty digital content damages your device or other digital content, you can have these repaired or be compensated’.
This tells us WM 10 won’t see any growth, except if users decide to switch to a new Windows smartphone.
