Microsoft Paint gets a 3D overhaul
Tom Warren at The Verge got his hands on an alpha build of the new Paint, and says it serves its goal well. The videos clearly show that the update is being made for the Windows 10, especially for the high-end touch devices of today. According to Warren, it could be because the leaked app is an old alpha copy.

Incidentally, if you are a Windows Insider running build 14936, to dump any of the aforementioned system apps, head to Settings, System, and select Apps & Features, then simply click on the appropriate app and hit the uninstall button. It’s reportedly working on an overhauled Windows 10 version of the Paint app; likely make it as a store app.
Microsoft is also expected to unveil a new Surface device at the event. At the moment, the company is in the testing phase and will soon be released to the public.
As a quick recap of the Elite x3 itself, the phone boasts a massive 5.96-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4150 mAh battery, 4GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage. “We have completely redesigned the app and it is packed with cool new features”.
The Photos app is now available for Xbox One, letting you show off your OneDrive photos in your living room.
Though there are still a few loopholes, apparently not all apps can be removed using this feature and it is something Microsoft is now working on.
The Photos app has also been updated. The firm teased “Imagine what you’ll do”, and it looks like at least one answer to that is: “create some 3D images in Paint”.

Much like Microsoft’s big changes to its Office software over the a year ago too, Microsoft is encouraging collaboration and sharing through a newly installed Community tab. But for Pro, Enterprise, or Education editions (as well as Windows 10 Mobile), you can set the Active Hours up to 18 hours later, just in case you’re burning the midnight oil.
