Microsoft says it will take longer to reach Windows 10 goal

To upgrade or not to upgrade? This especially likely as Windows 10 is a cross platform operating system now found on PCs, tablets, mobile handsets, Xbox One, HoloLens, IoT devices and Surface Hubs. The company no longer expects to achieve that milestone within that timeframe, ZDNet reports. That could slow the pace upgrades for consumers.

Meanwhile, Windows 7 and Windows 8 users only have until July 29 of this year to freely download the Windows 10 upgrade.
