As usual, the update is shipped through the Windows Store and if you’re using the default configuration, the new version might already be there on your phone.

The Country Caller reported that the QUAD-HD AMOLED display of Surface Phone will have 1440.2560 resolution and it will be running in Windows 10 operating system, which is the most likely case since the previous Microsoft premium smartphones have Windows 10 pre-installed.
Microsoft, with the arrival of the Lumia 650 onwards, is now looking at branding their phones as business devices, and the company will now be focusing more on the business class users, giving their devices more of a blackberry-like appeal. Old or new devices, iPhones do get the latest update.
The Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14291 also adds several other new features for Edge, including the ability to pin tabs for saving frequently visited Web sites and apps, easier tab closing for mobile devices, and paste-and-go/paste-and-search clipboard features.
It is expected that the company will release a major update soon, which will introduce the UC Browser as a major player in the Windows 10 Mobile markets.
We’re all aware of how important backups are, and of course Microsoft offers a basic level of backup functionality with OneDrive – and apparently the scope of Redmond’s cloud backups could be about to expand with Windows 10.
Lumia 430/435, Lumia 532/535/540, Lumia 635/636/638, Lumia 830, Lumia 640, Lumia 640XL, Lumia 730/735, Lumia 930 and Lumia 1520. But the new OS is also available for the BLU Win HD w510u, BLU Win HD LTE x150q and MCJ Madosma Q501.

It is not known whether the Lumia series will have more follow-up designs in the future, although some noted that this latest Microsoft smartphone is in no way near the rumored Surface Phone that they have been expecting. Now, they promised that this will not happen again, but Microsoft repeated the old steps.

Why can’t Microsoft just keep what works instead of constant tinkering around the edges and changing everything we are familiar with and frustrating everyone.
