Microsoft Will Talk More About Xbox One Scorpio Next Year
The app lets users watch live CBS broadcasts and on-demand video easily through their Xbox One, bringing the service out for the relatively competitive fee of just $5.99. According to Digital Foundry’s report, all titles receive some baseline improvements – such as the elimination of screen tear “completely on every title” – through to any disc access operations tending to “have less of an impact on performance”, meaning Mass Effect’s elevator load times and Fallout 3’s hitches are reduced.

Joust is the second game to be introduced with Xbox One backwards compatibility this week, following Call of Duty 2 (with an improved frame rate) which launched in Tuesday. It’s great to see the July NPD as a result.

The Xbox One version is obviously the same Xbox 360 version, running through emulation.
