Happy split-iversary! After announcing their breakup in January 2014, Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie have officially finalized their divorce.

According to People, the TV star will pay Comrie $2,408,786 for his share of their Beverly Hills property.
He gets to keep his 2014 Bentley coupe, a 2013 Mercedes G-Class SUV and some jewelry.
Comrie, who retired from the National Hockey League in 2012 after playing 10 seasons, began dating Duff in 2007. They have a three-year-old son together and will share joint custody.
The documents also revealed that a pre-nuptial agreement was signed by both parties when they tied the knot back in 2010. Neither parent is receiving child support and they have agreed to split any costs related to their son. “He’s great, we are great and we keep on trucking”. ‘We are good friends and we laugh a lot and we have a great communication’. The “Sparks” singer was initially hopeful for a reconciliation, but she resolutely closed the door last February after her ex, 35, drunkenly hit on a waitress.
