Karen Pence has played an integral part in the rise of Mike Pence to that stage.
Cruz says in remarks released before he began speaking that Americans should “vote your conscience”.
Trump and Cruz engaged in bitter recriminations during the Republican primaries. He never says they should vote for Trump.
Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is telling Republicans who are on the fence about supporting Donald Trump for president that “we can’t wait four more years”. His low-key style was likely attractive to Trump, said the political scientist, Smith. Ralph Alvarado of Kentucky, who will speak about how “the Republican Party is the party of opportunity for voters of all backgrounds, especially Hispanics”.

Trump has boosted his efforts to collect online donations as he races to compete with Democrat Hillary Clinton’s well-established fundraising network. He’s pleading with Americans not to let that happen in the U.S.
