Military Mother Booed At Pence Rally For Asking About Trump’s “Disrespect”
Republican Presidential Candidate Donald Trump’s comments about Army Captain Humayun Khan and his family made their way to his running mate’s town hall in Carson City, Nevada Monday.

And then the crowd started to boo her.
In a statement posted on his Facebook page, Pence, a combat veteran with a son in the armed forces, said that he and Trump both “cherish” the Khan family and believe that Captain Khan is an American hero. When she first identified herself as a military mom, the announcement was met with loud cheers.
“Let me tell you, Donald Trump is dedicated to securing borders”, he said.
The governor also insisted that “no one more devoted” to veterans than Trump, while also refusing to join in Trump’s attacks against the Khan family.
Republican vice presidential nominee Mike Pence didn’t address GOP tensions after running mate Donald Trump refused to endorse House Speaker Paul Ryan or Arizona Sen.
There were some clashes between supporters and critics at Trump’s event in March, including one in which Tucsonan Bryan Sanders said he was sucker-punched by a Trump supporter. “How do you tolerate his disrespect?” In another hand, she held a Trump, Pence campaign sign. ABC News reports that Pence previously called Trump’s ban on Muslim immigration “offensive” and “unconstitutional”.
“That’s all right”, Pence said, adding, “That’s what freedom looks like, and that’s what freedom sounds like” ― a line he had used against protestors he encountered in OH on Friday.
Pence added that he’s never spent time around someone who is “more devoted” to military and veterans than Trump.
Although the booing and sneering from the audience began to drown out her words, she continued speaking to Pence: “You’ve got a son in the military. He was supposed to help the vets”, said Barbara Beck, a Trump backer in the Tucson crowd who said, along with many others surrounding her, that she will not back the longtime Arizonan.
The crowd booed the woman before Pence quieted them.

Earlier in the week, McCain was very critical of Trump’s handling of the controversy over the fallen Muslim soldier whose parents blasted Trump at the Democratic National Convention.
