During an interview with BBC Radio 1, one of the show’s actresses, Maisie Williams teased the return of another member of the Stark family. News. However, she seemed to realize that she sort of dropped a spoiler alert so she continued with “we will indeed”.
The last time Rickon was seen was in Season 3, where he, Bran, Osha (Natalia Tena), Jojen Reed (Thomas Brodie-Sangster), Meera Reed (Ellie Kendrick) and Hodor (Kristian Nairn) took shelter from a storm. Arya (Maisie Williams) trains to be No One.

Along with the characters we have seen pop back in during Season 6, word on the street says well also get an appearance from the Hound sometime during the new season. While her comment is obviously not a lot to go off of, presumably Rickon is still living with Osha somewhere in the North. However, we havent seen the character since Season 3 so a lot could have potentially happened to the young man since then.
Presumed dead, Rickon wandered the Westerosi wilderness with Bran until his older brother made the hard, but necessary decision to send him into hiding rather than drag the young boy to the frozen wastelands north of the Wall, where his own Warg destiny awaited. He was supposedly heading towards the vassal house that is under the control of House Umber, a group that is known to be loyal to the Stark family.
