Episode Two: Assembly Required should be making its way onto Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC a few time this afternoon.
All of which means that the first two episodes of the game have made it to market before the game has even hit shelves – it’s due out in the United Kingdom this Friday.
Yes, surprising everyone, the Telltale are stealth releasing the next episode already to coincide with the physical retail release of the game.
The series is also available digitally worldwide on the aforementioned platforms as well as iOS and Android. At least, not when it comes to Minecraft: Story Mode. While at EnderCon in hopes of meeting Gabriel the Warrior, Jesse’s friends discover that something is wrong… something awful.
An official statement was published on Telltale Games, saying “the newest installment to the “Minecraft” franchise is like a playable television show based on your favorite game, where YOU are the star, and your choices and actions decide how the story is told”. Future content in the season is yet to be rated by the ESRB.
