Minecraft: Story Mode gets a Hollywood premiere, new trailer
Today, Telltale Games and Mojang, released a new trailer for Minecraft Story Mode, Episode One: The Order of the Stone.

In Minecraft: Story Mode, playing as either a male or female hero named ‘Jesse, ‘ you’ll embark on a perilous adventure across the Overworld, through the Nether, to the End, and beyond. So they set out to find The Order of the Stone to save the world from the terror which has been unleashed.
The season includes voice work by Patton Oswalt and Catherine Taber (the male and female versions of Jesse), Brian Posehn, Ashley Johnson, Scott Porter, Martha Plimpton, Billy West, Paul Reubens, Dave Fennoy, Corey Feldman, Grey Griffin and John Hodgman.
Minecraft has grown into one of the biggest and best-selling games of all time by empowering players to make their own stories. Check out the latest trailer below. As with previous Telltale games like The Walking Dead or Back to the Future, Telltale is taking on the Minecraft to produce a episodic story of Minecraft.
A disc-based version of the season pass for all five episodes will also be available at retailers on October 27.
The first episode of Minecraft: Story Mode will debut digitally for PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on Tuesday, October 13. Two days later, mobile devices join in with releases on iOS, Android, and Kindle devices.

On October 12 at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome in Hollywood, Minecraft: Story Mode will be given its “Redstone Carpet World Premiere”, an all-ages event that Telltale and Mojang are billing as the “World’s Largest Let’s Play”. Tickets to the event will be at no cost, and those wishing to attend must email minecraftpremiere[at]telltalegames[dot]com for more information.
